Daytime Emmy award-winning writer-producer Christian McLaughlin's TV scripting and staff credits include an extensive array of comedies and dramas including Married... With Children, Clueless, Drawn Together, Desperate Housewives, Rita Rocks, and as co-executive producer on all 98 episodes of Disney Channel's worldwide #1 hit Jessie. Christian has written for NBC, ABC, CBS, FBC, Nickelodeon, Logo, The CW, Lifetime, Comedy Central and MTV, where, for 65 episodes he was co-creator/executive producer of the cult soap Spyder Games, penning (with Valerie Ahern) the bible and dozens of teleplays while serving as showrunner. He produced and directed three extensive sold-out Hollywood engagements of the stage spoof Phacts of Life, and his award-winning satirical play with Stan Zimmerman, Meet & Greet -- "No Exit in a casting office" -- starring Vickie Lewis, Teresa Ganzel and Daniele Gaither, was the hit of the Hollywood Fringe Festival and ran for five months. The duo's next theatrical project was the circumcision comedy Knife To the Heart, with Wendie Malick in the lead, followed by Yes, Virginia. Christian recently completed his first solo one-act, the scandalous and exceedingly dark Trumpery.

He's also the author of two bestselling 90s novels (originally published by Dutton/Plume), the Lambda Literary Award-nominated Glamourpuss (now available in an exclusive 25th Anniversary edition via Amazon/Kindle) and Sex Toys of the Gods, named one of the Top 10 L.A. Books of the Year by Buzz Online.
